Now in the apiary there are more than 300 bee families equipped with a Hahnemannian (dividing) grid and against a warroatous grid. Each hive is provided with six cabinets empty comb.

Our apiary honey-breeding direction. The main task is to obtain high-quality natural honey from spring herbs, white acacia, sainfoin, melilot.

At the end of honey collection from these honey plants, we transport the apiary to the foothill zone of the Caucasus, away from agricultural land where, within 10 - 15 days, the honey ripens with a small bribe from herbs (bruise, cornflower, sage, etc.) and only then is pumped out. With this technology, honey is very high quality and meets the requirements of healing honey.

After pumping out the honey, we make barren layering with the simultaneous processing of bees from varroatosis, some of which go to strengthen the main families in the autumn, and part for the spring sale.

We pump out honey at home in a special room, observing all the rules of sanitation.
